SebaHost’s Terms of Service define the rules and expectations for using our platform. To access our services, users must agree to comply with our terms of service.

SebaHost Terms of Service (TOS)

1. User Agreement

All users of SebaHost's services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in these SebaHost Terms of Service (TOS). This TOS is a legal contract between SebaHost and the user, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

2. User Account Eligibility

To use the services offered by SebaHost, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract and be in compliance with these TOS. Providing false personal details will result in suspension or permanent termination of the account. SebaHost may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer its services to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria at any time.

It is the responsibility of users to follow this TOS and use SebaHost services in compliance with any local laws that may apply to their business or use of SebaHost services.

3. Respectful Conduct Toward SebaHost Staff

SebaHost prides itself on delivering excellent customer service. We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return. If you engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or address them in a demeaning manner, your account may be suspended. In the case of service termination due to abusive conduct, your service will be terminated immediately.

4. Prohibited User Content / Usage Policy

The following content is prohibited on our servers (No Refund Possible If We Found Following Content In Website)

All shared hosting plans are for web hosting purpose. We not allow hosting of download files like mp3, wallpaper download site, movies downloading/streaming site or bot site under our hosting. All such sites will be suspended by our server team without any prior notice

  • Don't Provide Free Hosting (For Reseller Users)
  • Spam/Threats Website
  • Phishing Website
  • Fraud Clone Website (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm or any other shopping website)
  • Email Marketing
  • IRC Scripts/Bots
  • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Pirated Software/Warez
  • Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
  • Adult Site

5. Support Availability

Live Chat and Phone Support: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday–Thursday.

Ticket Reply Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday–Thursday.

Server Administrators: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday–Thursday.

We provide full online support. Office support is unavailable. During non-operational hours, support tickets can be submitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Web Hosting: If you purchase the JetBackup service, you may choose from weekly, daily, or monthly backup options. However, while SebaHost takes steps to ensure data safety with 99.99% reliability, users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups. SebaHost is not liable for any data loss.

SebaHost services are provided “as is”. Users acknowledge that the Service is not error-free, may not operate uninterrupted, and agree to use the service at their own risk and discretion. SebaHost does not warrant that the service will be free of vulnerability to intrusion or attack.

6.1. Inodes (File) Limit

All hosting plans have an inode limit; users must stay within these limits to avoid service interruptions. Redistributing content from SebaHost is prohibited unless specifically intended for redistribution.

6.2. Traffic and Storage Limit

Unlimited traffic or storage is intended for serving web content, not as an offsite storage solution. Sites hosting primarily downloadable files or archives, or using more than 50% of bandwidth for file transfers, are prohibited.

7. Payment Terms

If payment is unpaid, the service will be suspended within 24 hours. After 7 days of non-payment, accounts will be terminated. All transactions are subject to applicable payment gateway charges, and customers are solely responsible for these costs.

8. Primary Domain Policy

Once a hosting package is activated, the primary domain assigned to that package cannot be changed. Please ensure the correct domain is provided during purchase.

9. Refund Policy

If the issue cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted from the account holder’s registered email address. Phone requests will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
